To qualify for an elite restoration or credit, your items must remain in immaculate, un-vetted condition: entirely unworn, unaltered, with original designer security tags fully intact, and housed within their premium original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
2. EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY RIGHT OF RETRACTION
In strict alignment with premium European standards and our operational foundations in Italy, patrons residing within the European Union retain the absolute right to cancel or retract their procurement within 14 calendar days from delivery, without justification or penalty.

* Direct Note: Merchandise dispatched back to our facilities without prior concierge authorization will not be accepted into intake.
* Unless a physical defect is validated by our team, patrons maintain responsibility for securing and settling their own premium return shipping services.
